Return, exchange and refund


We hope you are satisfied with our items. Otherwise, you have the option of making a return.

We inform our customers that it is possible to return or exchange items within 14 days.

Items must be returned new and labeled. Items that have been worn and / or showing signs of use or wear, damaged, stained, washed or retouched cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the duly completed return form.

Returns and exchanges that do not comply with our policy cannot be accepted by our customer service.

Exchange service

Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to proceed with an exchange. Please complete the "exchange" section of our return form indicating the desired new size.

Returned items will be exchanged for new items. Return costs are your responsibility.


We make sure that our clothes are of the highest quality.

However, a period of 14 days is reserved for our customers wishing to inform us of a disappointment about their order. Items received damaged or with a manufacturing defect will be classified as defective.
