We inform our customers that it is possible to return or exchange items within 14 days.

Items must be returned new and labeled. Items that have been worn and / or showing signs of use or wear, damaged, stained, washed or retouched cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the duly completed return form.

Returns and exchanges that do not comply with our policy cannot be accepted by our customer service.

Your refund will be processed within 7-14 days of receipt via the original payment method.

Return procedure

To proceed with a return please:

Your contact details as well as your order number will be requested.

2 - Carefully pack the items you wish to return in a box, enclosing the return form.

3 - Paste your shipping label.

4 - Track your return on the website of the chosen carrier using the tracking number that they will have communicated to you.

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you of the refund of your order.

Exchange service

Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to proceed with an exchange. Please complete the "exchange" section of our return form indicating the desired new size.

Returned items will be exchanged for new items. Return costs are your responsibility.

Claim

We make sure that our clothes are of the highest quality.

However, a period of 14 days is reserved for our customers wishing to inform us of a disappointment about their order. Items received damaged or with a manufacturing defect will be classified as defective.

Photos of the items, your contact details and the number of your order will be requested.

If the defect is found, the return costs will be reimbursed to you. A visible copy of the return shipping invoice will be required.
